We had the pleasure of working with Halabi Construction for a bedroom addition in the second floor of our house in Irvine, CA. Not only they gave us the best price estimate by far, but they also promised to finish it much sooner than the competition. Part of the roof had to be demolished and reconstructed. We were extremely worried about dust and finishing the project quickly, because we decided to stay in the house during the project. They took all the precautions to mitigate the dust. Multiple crews worked diligently and efficiently and finished the project couple weeks ahead of the promised deadline. Decra Roofing Systems contracted Halabi Construction for renovation services at its Corona, California factory and offices. While under a firm deadline to complete all renovation projects prior to a scheduled critical customer audit, Halabi Construction completed our complex renovation plan on time and below budget. Project scope included: renovate 3 bathrooms, kitchen area and employee break room. Replace office lighting with LED upgrades. Build out a 15’ x 40’ spare parts storage building. Construct needed exterior drainage and storm water control work. Decra is pleased with the results of the Halabi construction team and would not hesitate to contact them again for facility contract work.

Halabi Construction has done two major projects for me. One home was a room, bathroom and roof project and the other was a whole house remodel down to the studs. The most important thing for moving the project along was that a crew and foreman was on the job almost every day from beginning to end. Hassan always had the correct materials on site to begin the next phase and kept the project moving forward. He was easy to work with and always answered my questions (texts) promptly.
